Touch of Kai - Refund and Return Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or credit. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Please note: Touch of Kai has a no return, policy on any items that are used, custom made, sale item or gift card.
Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain authorization of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
