REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Touch of Kai, we want you to love your item. Because our products are handcrafted and fragrance preferences are personal, we do not accept general returns. However, we are happy to help if there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at contact@touchofkai.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will send the correct product.

Scent Preference

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds based on scent preference. 

Return Instructions

If a return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email.
